Percentages
The preferred stall, when none are occupied:
30% Go to the stall farthest from the door.
30% Go to a stall somewhere in the middle.
25% Go to the stall closest to the door.
15% Don't know (never paid attention).

Using the handicap stall:
40% Use it when it is the only stall available.
25% May or may not use it for no particular reason.
20% Use it because it is more convenient
(i.e., in a wheelchair, find the handrails helpful, etc.)
15% Never use the handicap stall.

When flushing a toilet using a "kick handle":
58% Use their foot.
42% Use their hand.

Using paper toilet seat covers (protectors):

Notable Tidbits
The 15% who always use the paper toilet seat covers (protectors) were all female. 
The 15% who said they sometimes use paper toilet seat covers were all female. 
Of the 45% who never use paper toilet seat covers, 66% were male.


All but three of the female respondents activate the flush "kick handle" with their foot. 
All but three of the male respondents activate the flush "kick handle" with their hand. 
More men may have answered that they use their hand to activate the flush "kick handle" because they are used to using their hand to flush urinals or they may have been thinking of urinals when answering the question.


As far as which stall is chosen if all are available, there was no distinct preference for closest to the door, farthest from the door, or somewhere in the middle. 
All respondents who preferred a middle stall were female. 
Of the three respondents who said they never use the handicap stall, two were male, one was female.


Eleven of the 13, or almost 85%, of the respondents who said they have used the opposite sex's restroom are over age 28. 
Likewise, five of the seven, or 71%, of the respondents who said they have never used the opposite sex's restroom are under age 29. 
Using the opposite sex's restroom was the only question where age was significant in the results.
